What we collect, and why
When you sign up for a course — free or paid — we collect your name, phone number and email address. We primarily use them for:
- Giving you access to your courses on learn.tendertraining.in.
- Supporting you: Friday live Q&A invites, course updates and answers to your questions.
- Issuing your GST-compliant invoice.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go directly to Razorpay over their secure systems — we never see or store your card details.
We use WhatsApp for course updates, Q&A session reminders and support replies. You can opt out at any time by telling us so in a message — one line is enough, and we stop.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, for anything.
- We share your details only with the service providers that run our training: Classplus (course delivery at learn.tendertraining.in), Razorpay (payment processing and GST invoicing), WhatsApp/Meta (course updates and support messages), Cloudflare (website hosting) and standard analytics tools. We never sell your data.
- We do not spam. Messages come when there is something useful to say.
Analytics
We use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use this website — which pages help and which confuse. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
