Refund Policy

The short version

Every recorded course purchase comes with a 7-day refund. Ask within 7 days of purchase and we return your money to the original payment method. No reason is required.

What the refund covers

The 7-day refund applies to all paid recorded course purchases on learn.tendertraining.in:

• GeM Training
• eProcurement Training
• Complete Government Tender Program

The free Tender Foundations course involves no payment, so no refund applies.

How to request a refund

Within 7 days of your purchase, send us your registered phone number and the course name:

You do not need to give a reason, though we always appreciate knowing what didn't work for you.

When the money arrives

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of your request being confirmed.

Workshop fees

The 2-Day GeM Workshop is a limited-seat, in-person program, so its fees follow the terms shared with you at the time of booking, not this 7-day policy. Those terms are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

When a refund is not available

• After 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Once a certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
