Your course access

When you purchase a course, you get personal access on learn.tendertraining.in for 1 year from the date of purchase. Access is tied to your registered phone number and is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing credentials

Courses are priced for one learner. Sharing your login credentials with others suspends your access; view limits apply on the learning portal and shared accounts are flagged automatically. If your team needs training, ask us about group options instead.

Copyright

All course content — videos, templates, documents and materials — is copyrighted by Tender Training India. You may use the templates in your own tender submissions; you may not reproduce, record, resell or redistribute any course content in any form.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete your course. Note that once a certificate is issued, the 7-day refund window closes (see the Refund Policy).

Refunds

Paid recorded courses carry a 7-day refund, described in full in the Refund Policy. Workshop fees follow the terms shared at booking.

What the training is — and isn't

We teach the tendering process as practitioners. We do not guarantee that you will win any particular tender or order — outcomes depend on your product, pricing and participation. Anyone who guarantees you a government order is selling something other than training.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or from course purchases are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
